SecureBridge Reviews & Product Details

SecureBridge represents clients and servers for SSH, SFTP, FTPS, SSL, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket and SignalR protocols as a network security solution. It protects any TCP traffic using SSH or SSL secure transport layer protocols and Cryptographic Message Syntax that provide authentication for both client and server, strong data encryption, and data integrity verification. SecureBridge components can be used in conjunction with data access components to prevent data interception or modification in an untrusted network. Our security solution is very convenient in setup and usage. It is enough to place several components on the form and specify the server address and the user login information to establish a secure connection. Applications that have to work with secure information are easy to deploy, as they do not require any external files.

What do you like best about SecureBridge?

It was easy to get up and running with SecureBridge. DevArt support has been exceptional and the pricing model is very fair. i.e. You don't have to purchase a full suite of components just to get SSH/FTP functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SecureBridge?

"SecureBridge is the best way to add SSL access to your Delphi Application"

What do you like best about SecureBridge?

The software saved us a lot of development time is really easy to install and use. The products integration with Delphi is seamless! Both the sales and support staff were extremely helpful in getting us up and running and were very quick to respond to our inquiries. What do you dislike about SecureBridge?

There really wasn't anything to dislike about the product. It works exactly as advertised. It works a bit different than Indy, but once you read through the sample applications provided in the documentation, you'll be well on your way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A very good solution for secure internet with Delphi."

What do you like best about SecureBridge?

The software is very secure and reasonably easy to use. The integration with Delphi is very good and it is multi-platform!

The software is updated on a regular basis and the support is very good.

The solution is more robust than the standard indy solution present in Delphi. There are no problems with ssl as in indy.

Most Delphi versions are supported, including the latest one and installation is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SecureBridge?

There is not much to dislike about this software component. Just a bit of work to get FTPS and SFtp to work. The security is very good though.

Since it works different than most solutions, it does take a while to get used to it. After that it functioins very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecureBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easily created a Sftp, ftp and FtpS server for a project, which works without any problems.

The software is e.g. used on ships using internet throough sat telephones. The bandwidth taken is small. It allows the on-shore office to upload new versions of software and donload important data from the ship.

Another solution is the upload of documents through a secure connection established with SecureBridge, making sure the data is not interfered with. This is a good solution to upload data securely to websites. The client part allows you to connect via ssh, which not many tools do.

It solved many problems related to ssh, sftp and ftps, allowing for a secure environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SecureBridge: SSH in your app made easy"

What do you like best about SecureBridge?

The components are well designed and well laid out. It is easy to see how to use the components and very easy to implement them. It adds real value to an application because it adds security and it removes the requirement of 3rd party tunneling software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SecureBridge:

I would definitely recommend SecureBridge to any software engineer that does not have time to waste. This component was implemented within 5 minutes with no issues at all. I have also received extremely positive feedback regarding the feature added to our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SecureBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have used SecureBridge to add the ability to connect to the system's application server with a secure connection. This removed the requirement of running PuTTy to create a secure SSH tunnel for the connection. A very cumbersome process for non-technical people was automated with no user interaction. "Nice component to add https support to your app"

What do you like best about SecureBridge?

We used it to add support of HTTPS protocol to our Delphi app. We wanted to avoid adding third-party dlls inside the distributive. And this is exactly what we've got. No bus founded in the SecureBridge so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
